RESONANT CASHFLOW in collaboration with RAYSIDA INTERNATIONAL INITIATIVE 4H and other international and national governmental and nongovernmental organizations through proper partnership and harmonization of both human and material resources, shall be embarking on OPERATION FEED THE NATION program; this shall be carried out in various categories and stages. This program is aimed to promoting agriculture, produce real Agro-Entrepreneursand agro development in every area of human endeavor, by providing excellent agro training, hybrid seeds, Lands for farming, agro loans, machineries for industrial farming and product processing, and world class marketing process. 

The Agro-Entrepreneurial Developmentscheme shall be actively involved in the following areas;

1.Training of youths and those intending to go into agro business

2.Agro Investment and farm management.

3.Formation and facilitating of YOUNG FARMERS 4H CLUB in all schools in all Nations where Resonant cashflow and Raysida 4H is in operational.

4.Demo farming in various places for organisationns and individuals.

5.Sales of hybrid seeds, roots, stems, tubers and other farm produce.

6.Sales of pure organic fertilizers and animal feeds.

7.Providing and leasing of farm lands to Agro-Entrepreneurs.

8.Mentoring and Monitoring of Agro-Entrepreneurs.

9.Soil testing before planting of crops.

10. Agro research and plant formation through modern technologies and cross breading process.

RAYSIDA IN BRIEF:…….

Raysida International Initiative (RII) a 4H International (NGO) for Professional and Businessman, men, women, and youth volunteers whose main objective is to develop their immediate rural communities through the Raysida 4H Cooperative programme of solving the program of Hunger, Health, Humanity and Habitat. Collaborate/Coordinate the activities of its affiliate rural/urban cooperative (farmers, Artisans, Traders etc) reactivate, establish and empower the youth farmer and 4-H Clubs. (CBO, IBO, FBO, FBC, etc), encourage and engage her members, rural people/ youth inn Global Green Power Project (GGPP) and Agro-Industrial Development (Human and Material resources)  Using the local investors  and International communities, Organization of Migrants Practitioners and Leaders of Youths (ICOMPLYO), and giving support services to government through public, private, partnership and participation initiatives with local and international agencies or firms. We are Agrarian Land Armies (ALA), people without land and looking for land with people. World Agrarian Revolution for Profound Peace (WARPP) in higher consciousness. We are the Agriseed Royal 4H Militian Youth (ARMY) and the Agroethical Transformation Agent (ATA). The goals of RAYSIDA amongst others include the “SEEDS’’

1.S= Sensitize/ Special Training for Agriseed Regulatory services for Raysidans, seed producers by their members seed Scientists, Technologists, Artists, Researchers and Specialists (STARS) of other gifts of life (SEEDS ATARS).

2.E= Extent the new innovation of the (STARS) findings to Raysidans, rural people and farmers (EXTENSION).

3.E= Educate her members, rural people and farmers through workshops, seminars, conferences, RMTRM, etc. (EDUCATION).

4.D= Develop/establish seed industries farm settlements/estate, mobile medical clinics, cashless mobile banking, market outlets etc, for the Farmers, Producers, Traders, and Rural people (DEVELOPMENT).

5.S= Serve as Global Network Agriseeds Royal 4H Militian Youths (ARMY) Network System as security Extension Agents attached to government Regulatory and Security Agencies, private and international agencies and industries (SECURITY/SERVICE).
