Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Program

Resonant Cashflow Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Program is designed to empower members who are willing to acquire new skill for career status upgrade. The program is open to all registered and active members. The program will be carried out in various cities and towns in countries where RESONANT CASHFLOW is in full operation.  It is believed that many entrepreneurs will emerge during the training and they will be fully supported to start and build a business in their locality.

THE PURPOSE AND AIM OF THE PROGRAM IS TO;

  1. Facilitate the training of 2, 000 members in skill acquisition and entrepreneurship development for self-reliance, annually.
  2. Promote public-private partnership for entrepreneurship development and self-reliance amongst members in their locality.
  3. Promote documentation and sharing of best practices on members' empowerment.
  4. Support evidence-driven advocacy efforts for favorable policies on members' empowerment.
  5. Sensitization and mobilization of  members for involvement in skill acquisition and entrepreneurship program.
  6. Development of a standard curriculum for the skill acquisition exercise.
  7. Identification of organizations at various levels to provide training in specific skills acquisition.
  8. Attachment of the members to the various organizations for skill acquisition and entrepreneurship development program.
  9. On-going monitoring and supervision of trainee members in the skill acquisition and entrepreneurship development program.
  10. Support the trained members with the necessary assistance and funding for their newly acquired skill.
